Social media management for a carpet cleaning company
Social is not where carpet cleaning leads come from. It is where people check you after they find you somewhere else. Someone gets your name from a neighbor or the map pack, taps the Facebook page, sees the last post was in 2023, and quietly calls the next company. That is the entire cost of neglecting it, and it is bigger than owners think.
What belongs on the page is proof of work. Job photos with a one-line caption about the stain and how it came out. Short clips of a truckmount hose running out to a house. A screenshot of a review with a thank you. The occasional price post for a slow week. Nobody needs a carpet fibre explainer.
Cadence beats production. Three posts a week, none of them polished, run circles around one monthly graphic. Local Facebook groups and neighborhood apps matter more here than Instagram reach does, because carpet cleaning recommendations get asked for by name in those groups constantly.
At two weeks the page should look like a company that worked yesterday, because it did.
